Refund Policy

Overview
Solingo is committed to customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a refund for your subscription.
1. Waiver of Withdrawal Right for Digital Content
Solingo provides digital content that is accessed immediately upon subscription (courses, exercises, AI tutor). In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)):
- During checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content
- By doing so, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once you start using the platform
Refund if unused:
If you have not accessed any content (no courses started, no exercises completed), you may request a full refund at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will verify your usage and process the refund within 14 business days.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refund is provided for unused days/weeks
- Automatic renewal stops — you won't be charged for the next period
- You can resubscribe at any time and retain your previous progress
Example
If you subscribed to Pro on January 1st and cancel on January 20th, you retain access until January 31st. No refund is issued for the remaining 11 days.
3. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- No content accessed: If you haven't used the platform at all since purchase (no courses started, no exercises completed)
- Major technical issues: If the platform is unusable due to our fault and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double charge, wrong amount)
NOT Eligible for Refund
- Content already accessed: Once you start using courses or exercises, the withdrawal waiver applies
- Change of mind: After accessing content (you can cancel, but no refund)
- Late cancellation request: Submitted after the next billing cycle has started
- Terms of service violation: Account suspended or terminated for abuse
4. Refund Process
- Request received: We review your refund request within 48 hours (business days)
- Eligibility confirmed: We verify that your request meets the refund criteria
- Refund processed: Refund initiated to your original payment method
- Refund received: Funds appear in your account within 5-14 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider)
⚠️ Important: Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, PayPal account, or bank account.
5. Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record)
All payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. This means:
- Lemon Squeezy appears as the merchant on your bank statement
- Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy's payment infrastructure
- Lemon Squeezy handles all tax calculations and invoice generation
