These General Terms of Service and Sale govern the use of the Solingo platform, available at https://solingo-blockchain.xyz, and the purchase of subscription services offered by Solingo.

By creating an account or using our services, you accept these terms in full.

Solingo is an interactive learning platform offering:

• Courses: Comprehensive tutorials on Solidity, Rust, and JavaScript for blockchain development
• Interactive exercises: Hands-on coding challenges with instant validation
• Real-world projects: Build complete decentralized applications
• AI tutor: Powered by Google Gemini for personalized assistance
• Certificates: Earn verifiable certificates upon course completion
• Progress tracking: Monitor your learning journey across devices

To use Solingo, you must:

• Provide a valid email address
• Create a secure password
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your login credentials confidential

Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited access to introductory courses and exercises
• Pro Plan: €4.99/month - Full access to all courses, exercises, and AI tutor
• Pro Max Plan: €6.99/month - Pro features plus advanced projects, priority support, and exclusive content

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy handles:

• Payment collection and processing
• Tax calculation and collection (VAT, sales tax)
• Invoice generation
• Refund processing
• PCI-DSS compliant card storage

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.

Under European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)), you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from a contract without providing a reason.

However, Solingo provides digital content that is accessed immediately upon subscription (courses, exercises, AI tutor). By subscribing and beginning to use the platform, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once you start accessing the content.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

• Upon cancellation: You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No prorated refunds: Partial months are not refunded (except during 14-day withdrawal period)
• Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time and retain your previous progress

All content on Solingo (courses, exercises, code examples, videos, graphics, text) is protected by intellectual property rights and owned by Solingo or its licensors.

• You may: Use the content for personal learning purposes
• You may not: Copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works without written permission
• Your code: Code you write in exercises and projects belongs to you
• Certificates: You may share earned certificates publicly

Solingo provides educational content "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy or completeness of content (though we strive for quality)
• Specific learning outcomes or career results
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Solingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Harass other users or staff

In case of termination for violation, no refund will be issued.

Solingo may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 15 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
